As these items are custom-made with unique embroidery, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the order has been processed. Please ensure all details are correct (name, initials, date, etc.) before placing your order.

If there is a mistake on our part (such as an error in embroidery or incorrect customization), we will be happy to resolve it by offering a replacement or refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, defective item or damaged item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
